All rates include water. Electric is metered and billed monthly with additional charges that may apply.

Þ Season runs from April 16 through October 31, 2010
Þ Seasonal Contracts allow for every weekend including extended holidays and 15 vacation days per season. (Approx. 76 days) Extra days are charged at $10.00 per day. Seasonals and Monthly subject to all rules and regulations of the contract.
Þ All rates are based on 2-adults per site and children under the age of 21 living at home. Additional adults are $100.00 per season. Guests are welcome and are at a charge of $2.00 per person, per day for anyone age 21 and over. Guests under the age of 21 are free. ALL visitors must be registered prior to entering the resort.
Þ For seasonal campers that sign a contract in the fall for the following season, winter storage of their camping unit is free.
Þ Our resort is equipped with security gates, Additional restrictions for access apply.
Þ Pets are welcome providing they are kept on a leash and cleaned up after. We have a 2 pet per site limit.
Þ Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. Seasonals and monthly also have the weekend rules.

Þ No mini bikes, ATV's, motor driven or electric scooters, or motor driven off-road vehicles are allowed.
